Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
A memorandum of understanding (MOU) is a non-binding agreement between two or more parties outlining the terms and details of an understanding, including each party's requirements and responsibilities.
A number of agreements exist between the Financial Services Ombudsman and other parties and the between the Pension Ombudsman and other parties.
The FSPO intends, as far as possible, to honour the agreements listed below.
