- The Office of the Ombudsman – for complaints against public service providers
- The Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman – for complaints against financial services and pension providers
- The Ombudsman for Children – for complaints against public service providers for services provided to children
- Garda Síocháná Ombudsman Commission – for complaints concerning the conduct of An Garda Síocháná
- The Press Ombudsman – for complaints against newspapers, magazines and online news publications
- An Coimisinéir Teanga – for complaints against public bodies who may have failed in their requirements under the Official Languages Act
- The Office of the Ombudsman for the Defence Forces – for complaints by members or former members of the Defence Forces of Ireland
