Each year, the FSPO prepares an annual report on the performance of its functions during the previous year. As this report also includes the organisation's financial statements, it cannot be published until it has been audited by the Comptroller and Auditor General and laid before the Houses of the Oireachtas.
An annual summary of complaints, trend and patterns is published each year by the Ombudsman in the Overview of Complaints.
